Captives in the Court of the Sky Lord

After a terrible accident, the inaugural flight of The Jacob's Ladder leaves the characters stranded nearly 200,000 feet above the surface of Century Earth. Beset by the cold, thin atmosphere, are they willing to except the hospitality of the mysterious Sultan Quisquis and his floating island?
